A: Sorry, no. Remarkable as Sanfaustino Calcium Water may be at delivering calcium to your body, it is a food and beverage product, and as such it does not qualify for insurance reimbursement. But with the cooperation of doctors we have set up this Patient Subscription Center to help you get Sanfaustino Calcium Water at a cost below what you will typically find in stores. (Please use your physician's Sanfaustino ID code when registering or ordering to lock in your patient-only discount.)

Q: Can I buy Sanfaustino Calcium Water elsewhere?
A: Yes. Sanfaustino can be found in several thousand grocery and health food stores around the United States.

Q: I take Fosamax, will it work with Sanfaustino Calcium Water?
A: Yes, it will. Consult your doctor about the timing and quantity of Sanfaustino Calcium Water you should drink.

Q: What is the best time of day to drink Sanfaustino Calcium Water, to get the most calcium benefit from it?
A: Dietary calcium is ideally consumed in small doses throughout the day. You can drink Sanfaustino at meal times, and you should also sip it during the rest of your day, to keep the calcium coming into your system. A: No, it really comes up from the spring with the calcium already totally dissolved, by nature.

Q: Can you taste the calcium in the water?
A: The original (unflavored) water tastes like mineral water -- it's not completely tasteless, like many of the bottled waters ones finds in grocery stores. It's also lightly sparkling. In our opinion it definitely does not have the chalky taste typically associated with foods and drinks where calcium has been added artificially. (We think you'll find the original variety has a great, unique and refreshing taste, like we do. But decide for yourself, from our sampler pack.) With natural fruit flavors added, our customers have told us that you'll taste just the fruit essences in the water.
Many of our customers also have suggested to serve Sanfaustino water cold, right from the fridge, to enhance its taste even more.

2. About My Account

Q: How can I view the status of my subscriptions?
A: You can log in to your account, view your orders and select a specific order for more detail.

Q: How often can I change my subscription?
A: You can change it as often as you like, and there is no charge for doing so. Please note that we cannot undo a shipment that has already left our warehouse: any change to your subscription will take effect as of the next scheduled shipment.

Q: Can I change my mind about what flavor is sent to me?
A: Yes. You can log in to your account, select a specific order then select "Modify Order" to edit your order details.

Q: I like several of the Sanfaustino natural fruit flavors -- can you send me a mix of flavors every month (or more)?
A: Not yet. To keep the costs of the subscriptions as low as possible for patients. we are set up as of today to ship only standard cases: each one all of the same flavor. Our mini sampler packs are not available for subscription delivery at this time. But, you are welcome to have more than one subscription active at the same time, with a different flavor in each one. We also have a "Flavor of the Month" subscription, which sends you a different flavor every month.

Q: How much notice do you need for me to change my choice of flavor?
A: Typically, about 7 business days.

Q: Can I suspend my subscription while I'm away on vacation?
A: Yes. You can log in to your account, select a specific order then select "Suspend Order". You may then enter a date for the suspension to end.

Q: What do I do if there was a problem with a delivery, or a problem with the product?
A: Please contact us right away, and we'll work with you to fix it and/or, where appropriate, to give you a credit to your account. You can email us at subscriptions@sanfaustino.com, or call us at 877-MY-CALCIUM.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can log in to your account, select a specific order then select "Cancel Order".

3. About Shipping and Product Costs

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your shopping cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice page you see before confirming your order. When you supply your physician ID code, you qualify for specially discounted shipping if you live in one of the states already served by special Calcium Water depots just for our Patient Subscription Program.
