Store Policy


Sanfaustino Calcium Water offers the following returns, cancellation and shipping policies:

  • If a shipment could not be delivered to you (for example, because you were not home and the delivery carrier was unable, or not permitted, to leave the water for you at your door), and the shipment was returned to us by the delivery carrier, we will credit you for the portion of your monthly subscription charges represented by that shipment, less the shipping cost.
  • If your shipment arrived with any damage (leakage, broken bottle, quality problem, etc.), please let us know at once via email to subscriptions@sanfaustino.com or by calling 877-MY-CALCIUM. We will work with you to replace the damaged product at our cost and/or, as appropriate, to issue you an appropriate credit or refund.
  • You may return any unopened, undamaged bottles to us at your expense, for a refund of their purchase price or for store credit toward a substitute product or a future shipment.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will be refunded the unused portion of that month's subscription charges. Please allow 5-7 business days for your cancellation request to be processed.
  • We regret that we are not responsible for damage to shipments from freezing due to the water remaining out of doors, or in an unheated area during extreme cold, starting from the time of delivery to your shipping address.
